Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer making a purchase from the EU, please read the information on this page carefully.

From June 19, 2026, every online store selling to European consumers needs an electronic withdrawal button. It comes from EU Directive 2023/2673 and applies regardless of where your business is based.

Under EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement. You can do this quickly and easily using the form below:

EXEMPTIONS

For digital goods (including but not limited to digital stickers, emotes, digital artwork, downloadable files, etc) for sale on my online store or Patreon. customers within the EU agree to waive their right of withdrawal upon purchase. These products will not be eligible for refunds/returns, and all sales for these types of digital goods are final.

For customised items/orders, these are also not eligible under the 14-day cooling off period or right of withdrawal, and standard terms apply.

So what does this mean?

To excercise your right of withdrawal, you must do so within 14-days of purchase by submitting the form above.

Once this form is submitted, you must return the product within 14-days of delivery. in the same condition that it was shipped. The product/s must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and include everything from your order.

If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.

You will also be responsible for insuring the package from theft or damage in transit, any duties, import tax, etc, that may be incurred on any return shipments.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive an email confirming the withdrawal.

What happens after the item is returned and assessed?

The new online withdrawal function is mainly about making it easy for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal where that right applies. It doesn’t necessarily mean every product in every condition must be refunded the same way.
